When will I receive my order?
Orders will take 7-12 business days to process and will ship promptly after that. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How will I know if my order was processed?
Once your order is received you will get a confirmation email containing all the details of your order. You will also be able to check your order status on the site under My Account.
Is Focus Fits secure for credit card transactions?
Yes, Focus Fits is maintained on a secure server, where your credit card transactions are processed safely. We will in no way expose your credit card or any personal information to any third party sources.
How is sales tax determined?
Sales tax is determined by the state that is listed in your billing address, if applicable, it will be added once your items are placed in your shopping bag.
Can I make a return?
Since all orders are customized and printed specifically for your studio, no returns will be accepted at this time.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipped costs are determined by the weight of your order and will be sent in the most cost effective way for you.
